A: Orders typically process within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

A: Most of our apparel runs from XS–2XL. Exact sizing details are listed on each product page.

Q: Will items be restocked?

A: Many items are limited edition drops. If a style sells out, it may not come back. Subscribe to our newsletter to catch the next release.

Q: How do I care for my Coven x Coven pieces?

A: We recommend washing inside out on cold and air drying to keep prints and fabrics fresh.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

A: At this time we only offer returns for store credit. Please check our size guide before ordering to make sure you get the perfect fit.
